Organization: Procurement Training Consultant
Mr. Michalski offers extensive worldwide experience in procurement analysis, review and audit; and procurement contracts, reform and training. He has worked with the World Bank, USTDA, the European Bank, UNDP, and the European Union Phare project. He has delivered a wide range of procurement workshops, seminars and taught business management in Poland's premiere universities. Mr. Michalski has a sold track record as procurement trainer and practitioner. He is a dynamic team builder with focus on results, and has an ability to lead and coordinate multitask projects.
He holds an MPhil (PhD Program, Communication and Employment Policy) from GWU, and MBA in International Business and Public Administration from Southeastern University, Washington, D.C.
